History:
The Criers are a large pack that live on the coast of British Columbia, partially made of wild wolves and released rescued wolves it was once a safe haven to many wolves. However, as many stories go, when a powerful and influential pack has an heir who is power-hungry things go ary. Once the Heir gained the position his parents had promised him after their death, many wolves began to disappear. Specifically those wolves who were not strong in body but maintained their position in the large pack, and those who gained Elder status. After a quarter of the pack’s main body of members had gone missing did the pack begin to take note of the lack of elites among the missing.
The year prior to these activities the Landau couple, a pair of Eurasian wolves, were released to the Criers by humans. Aische Landau brought a gift of pups just about to give birth to her large litter of pups. The sudden loss of Aische and Anselm Landau roused the pack as two of their yearlings Fawst and Elke discovered Anselm’s diseased body laying upon the opening of a mysterious cache. Elke and Fawst returned to their siblings and shared the news of their parents’ demise. After much thought and consideration Fawst brought up a plan to leave the Criers, and with such a large litter of siblings many of them invite packmates.
During the course of a year, the group of wolves title themselves the Harbingers. Their main goal was to bring upon the warning of war to the closeby packs to the Criers. As time went by, however, the Harbingers had begun to both thin out from the original ex-Criers and gain wolves that needed an escape from their own oppressive homes. At first unbeknown to him, Fawst had gained a sort of Alphaship over the Harbingers.
After much thought and conversation with the Harbingers’ volunteer Beta, Gideon, Fawst makes an announcement: The wish to find a home for those who are tired of being nomadic. Fawst shares his disinterest of being a young Alpha and especially one who lacks any sort of training as his parents’ way of life had been so different from the Criers’. Only a few nights after the announcement, Gideon returns to Fawst with a cheerful step. Word of a good pack called Kladdatir is not too far from the whereabouts of the Harbingers.
Plot:
The Harbingers wish to merge with Kladdatir to give those group members a place to finally call home that isn’t like their origin home the Crier Wolf Pack.
